Tim Wilkes

Tim co-founded Magnolia Mortgage Company in 1990 and currently serves as Owner, CEO and Loan Originator. He has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry. He is a member of the University of South Alabama’s Mitchell College of Business’ Center for Real Estate and Economic Development (CREED) Advisory Board. He formerly served as President of the Alabama Mortgage Professionals Association (2013 – 2014) and on the Board of Directors of the Mobile Mortgage Banking Association. He was formerly the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Guidestone Financial Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention, a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He was also formerly on the Board of Directors of Guidestone Risk Management and Guidestone Agency Services. He was formerly the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of South Alabama. He is a Trustee of Dauphin Way Baptist Church and formerly served as the Chairman of the Deacons, Pastor Search Committee and the Finance Committee.
