Melissa started in the real estate industry in 1988, working for a small real estate company managing the front desk and several rental properties. From there she moved into the banking/mortgage industry. With over 30 years of experience in the housing industry, from processing and underwriting files, she has the knowledge necessary to help you find the right program to fit your mortgage needs. Melissa has served as President of Magnolia Mortgage Company since December 2015. She is also the president elect of AMPA, Alabama Mortgage Professionals Association, and a member of NAMB, National Association Mortgage Brokers, where she continues to support the industry.
